Welcome to the Billings County School District Landing Page for IT Questions and Support.

The day of the week designated for a Tech on site for Billings County Schools is on Thursday of every week for the 2022-2023 school year.  Please have your tickets in by Wednesday at 5pm for service. Please submit tickets or lists prior to computer tech arriving on site.

Smart Computers is aware of network outages, slowdowns and disconnects district wide and we are working with the information department of North Dakota to resolve the connectivity problems. We currently have no ETA until the issues are resolved.

If at any point during the school year, you need to send school computers home with students, please ensure that each student logs into their computer before leaving the school. If they do not do that before leaving, they may have issues logging into that computer at home, especially if they have never logged into it before. We cannot resolve it unless they bring the computer back to the school.
