• Serve as a Level 3 Tech—you’re the expert clients call when it matters most
• Work on servers, networking, VMware, and advanced diagnostics
• Run network cabling, work with fiber, and complete onsite hardware installs
• Tackle tough problems across a wide range of equipment
• Manage projects, teams, and client relationships (onboarding/offboarding too)
• Provide support remotely, on-site, and by phone—we do it all
• Use company vehicles to service businesses throughout the area
• Take part in on-call rotation (because problems don’t always happen 9–5)

🧠 What It Takes:

• 7+ years of IT experience—you’ve seen a thing or two
• Deep knowledge of servers, networks, virtualization (VMware)
• Comfortable working on your own and with a team
• Strong communication and top-tier customer service
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
